Control and data-analysis software for a lab instrument in mitochondrial basic research — used in nearly every lab in the field worldwide. We are currently rebuilding the software from the ground up on a modern stack.
The task
Oxygraphs are high-precision instruments for mitochondrial physiology. The software behind them has to do both: control the device in real time and make the resulting measurement data scientifically usable — for researchers who depend on reproducible results.
